Teresa is an amazing massage therapist. She takes the time to educate you on everything she works on and why she does it. She puts in the effort to make sure every minute counts. She is the only person I'll go to. Get on her wait list! She's of high demand!

I am a martial artist and climber who has been searching for a go-to massage therapist for a couple years. I finally settled on Elevated Wellness because the owner, Teresa, was so thorough and attentive. She has a really comprehensive understanding of anatomy as an athlete and a therapist. She takes stock of all past and present injuries and then works to not only address the problem, but also to improve overall mobility and well being.
