I am a martial artist and climber who has been searching for a go-to massage therapist for a couple years. I finally settled on Elevated Wellness because the owner, Teresa, was so thorough and attentive. She has a really comprehensive understanding of anatomy as an athlete and a therapist. She takes stock of all past and present injuries and then works to not only address the problem, but also to improve overall mobility and well being.

I met Teresa and Devon during a CrossFit competition in the Tampa area. I was having some issues due to some injuries and I had both Teresa and Devon work on me. I was amazed by how much better I felt afterward! I recently went to their facility in St. Pete and had Devon work on me some more and I only have 5-star things to say about these ladies. They are the real deal and so knowledgeable and good at what they do. You should definitely drop by and see them if you have chronic pain or workout or even just because! Can't recommend enough!
