Won a voucher for a 4 day cruise and Capitol was great at helping me set everything up. We just paid the port taxes and fees, which wasn't a big deal. They were very informative and helpful during the process. Thank you!

We received a 2 night hotel stay as part of a furniture purchase promotion. We were able to redeem it online but then had to fill out the actual certificate and mail or fax it in. I faxed it it, not holding any hope that we would hear back after all of the reviews we read. Waited 2 weeks and had to call to find out what the status was. Received an email from an agent saying we had to respond within 24 hours to the 2 options we were given. Somehow we missed the first email she sent.We picked Clearwater Florida and were offered Holiday Inn Clearwater Beach city view or another property.
