I always feel so much better after my Body Therapy Spa stretch sessions with Loretta. She’s very knowledgeable about our muscle, tendon etc make up. She’s helped relieve tremendous arthritis pain in my thumb joint. Her office is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. I look forward every visit. We always share great health information. I also hope to try some of the other services offered. There’s such a variety related to self care. Truly it’s hard to decide. Time for a new me in the new year. I easily recommend Body Therapy Spa to everyone. I also prefer it not being a chain.
