I feel so lucky to have found Body Center of St. Pete! I have back issues (scoliosis) and Shila (and Adam) have improved my quality of life 110%! They highly trained and experienced with structural anatomy and organ health as well. I highly recommend Body Center of St Pete to anyone who is serious about improving their health! I went to see Bruni, at the recommendation of my girlfriend. She said Bruni evaluated her, and explained everything she was doing. She gained so much relief from her session, she had never had such an intense massage. She came home & slept for 4 hours. So I reached out to Bruni, because I need surgery, yet couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I was totally miserable from sciatica pain. Bruni had an appointment for me the next day. She did a total evaluation, explain to me what was doing on with my body. And then performed the treatment. Not only did she work on my back, she worked on just about every part of my body. Everyone that Ive met at the body center is above average when it comes to massage and care. They genuinely care about their clients and do everything they can to help bring them back to optimal. Adam is my therapist and he is very empathetic and uses a very strategic method to find the key areas by putting all the puzzle pieces together to get the full picture. I would suggest the body center to everyone!
