Bettencourt Construction

We had Bedroom and two Bathrooms added totaling about 420sq feet to our existing house. We used our own architect for the design, Bryan and the Job Foremen at Bettencourt work well with our architect when issues arose. The Job included roof extension, foundation pour, block walls, plumbing, electrical full interior build-out and full house flooring replacement (Awesome job!!!). They did a great job on the whole contract and was fast to respond to any and all questions. The price was a little on the high side but well worth the money for the quality of work. I highly recommend them.

My young adult children (homeowners) are in the process of securing a company to complete a home renovation. While it is too early to give a review on work completed or of an overall experience, I felt it was imporrtant to give a review on our experience so far because what we experienced is rare these days when it comes to construction work.When we initially contacted Bettencourt Construction, we received a response to our inquiry within one day and Bryan took an extensive amount of time giving us insight into their business model which I must say, sounded like a well oiled machine. My wife and I have had an awesome experience with Brian and his crew. From the initial agreement and plan changes they made us feel like we were a part of the kitchen build. Not an easy feat with the products not as easily accessible. We would highly recommend Brian and his team.
