LG selected ATS for warranty service for my LG TV . They sent tech out in three days to diagnose problem. They promptly ordered part and installed it within a week of diagnosis. Service was prompt and professional. Thanks to ATI. Shawn was the very knowledgeable and professional tech.

Positive experience with ATS. They fulfilled an extended warranty claim on our washer dryer and successfully diagnosed the problem, which was the wall outlet and not the appliance itself. I have to say I was skeptical to use ATS after reading some of these Google reviews, but since the last company Lowes sent to do warranty work was a disaster I decided to try ATS. The experience was nothing short of excellent. My technician Shawn Duck was very informative from the diagnosis of the issue with my ice maker right up to the installation of the new part. The company kept me informed with part ordering and appointment scheduling. I was very pleased with entire process dealing with ATS.
