Can't say enough good things about these guys. I have some old 1920's and 30's rentals which have had many rodents and animal invasions over the years. I always dealt with them myself, and they would come back 6 months later. Finally spent the money on getting the houses sealed professionally, and they did a top notch job.

I had a situation where a dead opossum ended up in my back yard and didn't know my options. I did a quick search and found Animal Eviction Services in St Petersburg and called the number (727-430-2832). The call was answered right away even though it was on a Sunday morning. The gentleman asked me what was going on and I explained about the opossum. He asked my location and told me that they usually charge a up fee on the weekend but would take care of it for the normal charge. At first I told him I'd just take care of it to save money and he was nice enough to provide me with a step by step of how to do it on my own. In the end I decided to just let him come and take care of it! He said it would be about an hour. 40 minutes later a white truck pull up with the name of the company on the side. A smartly dressed gentleman got out of the truck wearing a company style shirt with the company logo and khakis. He introduced himself as Jason and asked where the opossum was at so I walked him around the house and showed him. He told me he'd take care of it and let me know when he was done. About 10 minutes later Jason knocked on the door and let me know my problem was taken care of. He filled out the invoice and gave me the discounted price and asked me to sign. He ran my card and asked me if there was anything else. After the transaction was completed he gave me a copy of the invoice and said it was nice meeting me. He was extremely polite and professional. If you have any issues with critters (dead or alive) I'd highly recommend calling Animal Evection Services. Thanks Jason for coming on a Sunday morning to cart away a dead opossum so I didn't have to look at it from my kitchen window! If I require your service again you will be the first person I'll call! We learned of a mouse/rat problem from security cameras while on vacation. Once home we had signs of their presence everywhere. I tried to handle this myself for a few days until I ventured into the attic and found lots more signs. At this point I turned the problem over to the professionals. We received several quotes, and although Jason and his team were not the least expensive, they were clearly the most knowledgeable.
