Was there for nearly 5 hours, was told it would be 1.5-2. Older administrative woman with curly grey hair was extremely condescending. She shut the door on several girls in a back waiting area complaining she "couldn't take anymore." This is after we had been in this tiny room for 3 hours with no idea when we would be leaving. It made us uncomfortable and feel very neglected. I didn't let it bother me the entire time till after I spoke with the doctor. He advised me I might benefit from a surgical abortion because of my circumstances and concerns. I told her on my way out that I wanted to switch from the pill to surgery. She looks at me and starts FREAKING out. Saying "I'm gonna kill him" and talking very aggressively. She interrupted him in the middle of his private meeting with another patient to interrogate him and likely made the patient very uncomfortable. So unbelievably unprofessional. When she cane back she was speaking horribly of it and saying "i dont understand bla bla bla". This made me insanely uncomfortable. I had been really patient the entire day, even with all the set backs. She couldnt locate my chart and in a fit started belittling her staff saying things like "oh honey I know you can't find the chart" over and over. Not concerned but clearly belittling. I advised her that she should be kinder because this is a very serious situation for me and every one else that comes to this clinic for care. She responded with "I've been very nice to you," again in a very condescending overly "nice" (very clearly fake) tone. So I repeated myself and said that behaving this way is not kind and makes me very uncomfortable. I believe in setting boundaries in a very clear way in these circumstances. She replied "I KNOW! I've had an abortion. you can go somewhere else if you dont like it" and repeated this several times in a row. I had no words and did not say anything. I tried to disarm her by not saying anything or showing negative emotions. I was being very considerate and not at all rude because I understand people have bad days and I'm not trying to make it worse. She made me the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a professional health/medical setting. I cannot believe someone would act this way in an abortuon clinic. I 100% will never recommend this clinic to anyone. I changed my appointment to a different location with hopes of finding more empathy, kindness, and at the least no chaotic mess. I considered going somewhere completely different altogether, and starting the whole process over. I do not trust this clinic with my health. The rest of the staff was decent and nice, however, clearly afraid of her. I am happy to speak with anyone concerned by this review. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that wont make a very crappy situation way worse and will make you feel comfortable, knowledgeable and confident. " DON'T COME HERE ". The administration is very rude and doesn't know how to control her anger. She treated me like trash when I wanted to get a abortion. The doctor is always late. They have 2 doctors and they're late every SINGLE day. The administrator tried to tell refuse my service because she got attitude with me and I was questioning her on why have she was treating me like that and she said because she's had a long day and they didn't know I had to do an abortion even after I called after I missed my first appointment. They don't have a computer to put all their database. Only then male doctor who did my ultrasound and 1 black short woman nurse was good to me in there. Someone need to investigate this clinic. They got to do matter. I was a pregnant woman was in need of help but instead I got the opposite. If I wasn't so far along I would've went to another clinic.

I had my first visit today and was so impressed. Having worked in a doctor's office before, I very much appreciated the full disclosure about non-medically necessary procedures and should I choose to do them, how I could check before if my insurance would cover the service. Nurse Kat is a wonderful communicator and I spent a great deal of time there because everyone there wanted to be thorough, what a concept! In light of my experience with healthcare practices, and as a healthcare attorney, I can tell you that they did everything right today and based on this first appointment, I would highly recommend them.
