I have hired Advanced Building Inspections to inspect multiple properties over the last 5 years. They are so thorough, including every detail, taking pictures and providing the most comprehensive report I've ever received from an inspection. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding every time. However, I did pay my invoice in a timely fashion, enough said.
