World class Air is truly world class! Nelson did such a great job with my grandmothers unit!

The last company came out three times setting my uncle back so much money. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and after three service calls replacing a fan motor then a control board, then he said the unit need 7 lbs of refrigerant. My uncle was fed up.

So I called World Class Air. Shelly made scheduling simple and was even able to fit us in earlier than expected. They sent notifications on when the tech would arrive.

Nelson and his apprentice arrived promptly as promised and made short work of our issue. He also gave me a few helpful tips to improve the life of our system.

I highly recommend them to anyone having an issue!

My experience with this company was a breath of fresh air after having a bad experience with another company, their customer service was fantastic and after the entire month of August without ac they had me up and running rather quickly, I'm very confused about the bad reviews I'm seeing here because my experience couldn't have been any better!
