“After some recent heavy rain and wind, my family found we had a small drip leak coming from the ceiling light fixture in our laundry room. A google search took me down a rabbit hole and I had left messages for several roof companies and only one called back but didn’t have an appointment until next week. I posted on a local Facebook group for the city I live in asking for recommendations and received a few suggestions for Wooley Bros Roofing and even a message from Aaron Clevenger, Sales Manager, with his business card. I called him and he picked up. I told him the situation and he said ok, I will stop by later and take a look at it. He came by, went on the roof and found a rusted nail and 2 shingles that were loose. He offered to caulk it and seal down the shingles at no charge and if we notice it leaking again, he’ll come back with someone and troubleshoot. I’m so very grateful for his kindness. He didn’t have what he needed that day but told me he’d be back. This morning he was here bright and early at 8am as he said he would. He kept his word and he did a small job for no charge. I insisted on letting me pay him something and he declined. In the world we live in today, I find a lot of companies lack Customer service, lack follow up and lack ability to connect with customers and keep them. NOT Aaron Clevenger with Wooley Bros Roofing.
