I had a bad experience with first two technicians but then for the 3rd technician (michael) was the best technician anyone could ask for. He does his job like you’re supposed to. Michael needs a raise in pay because he is excellent on what he does. Also manager Danny came out to bring r32 to Michael and had a great conversation about the past technicians and said he will do what needs to be done. Thank you Danny and especially big thanks to Michael for diagnosing the problem. Osceola air number one ☝️. The installation team is also great.
