Jake came on his day off to fix my air conditioner. The pipes were clogged and had algae in the pipes. It is all great now, water was running out of the pipes perfectly! Great service and very knowledgeable of my issue. Air is on now and running great!! Thank you!
The thermostat we had went bad at 2:00 in the afternoon. My daughter had a new unit installed by Jay so she contacted him for me. He was here within a couple of hours and got our A/C running while we were waiting on the new thermostat to get here. When the new thermostat arrived, he was here within an hour. He installed it and checked everything out.
We were up and running and haven't had any problems since. My Mother who is 91 lives here with me so you can imagine how happy she was.
This company provides excellent service. Mr. Jay and his employee installed the air conditioners with expertise. Arrived on time and displayed a level of care, professionalism and attention to my needs. He was responsible and it was a great experience. Mr. Jay very knowledgeable, interest in our benefits, and satisfaction. The company price was transparent and fair. Great value for the services and the equipment that we received.
