I’ve generally loved working with this company but we’ve had two AC issues this summer that occurred after 8 and on a weekend. Previously, we would call and a tech would come out even if it was late. The past two issues (first clogged drain line and this one… who knows?) the tech has told us he can’t come at this hour nor can he schedule us and we have to call in the morning. The last time that happened we were not able to be scheduled until almost a full day had passed. After hours service and 24 hour service as advertised on their page should at least include a morning appt if you are paying for the upgraded service and care plan and call. It’s ridiculous that I’m paying for a service we are not even receiving and both times have been told there’s nothing he can do. We literally have bought both of our units from Franks and this turn of service is highly disappointing
