On Thursday, August 8th 2024, at about 2:00 PM, Jeremy from Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning fixed our Goodman heat pump/air conditioner that had suffered a burned contactor due to an electrical surge on July 29th or July 30th. He not only did a great job in diagnosing the problem efficiently, but he also explained each step of his analysis of the potential faults in our system. His analysis was very clear and he communicated his problem solving steps so that I could understand the situation and potential costs. May change this review but this is my experience now after replacement of entire ductwork in house yesterday. First of all, great crew that cleaned up impeccably. Have problems with the representatives on the phone but the actual people in charge of new installation are definitely customer service oriented.
