We’ve used for termite bond. Then we moved to lawn care . When the termite inspector would come to my house he noticed my lawn. He asked if I had a service and I said yes. He diagnosed some areas that were not being handled correctly. I switched and have never looked back. If we have a particular issue they come back and take care of it between treatments. Very professional, outstanding customer service always see the same people. That means the company doesn’t have a high turnover. I've known Kathleen, the owner of this company since it's inception back in 1986. She's always been dedicated to employee and customer education and has great one-on-one customer service. Truly a local gem. Rare to find great family owned businesses anymore and they really do an effective job. We never have any pest issues but the second we do they're out there promptly and have it handled. Couldn't ask for a better post control company the the Defenders.
Been using them for years. Great local, small business. Have retired police officer working for them and some other great guys. I've had palmetto bugs in 2 of my residences and they come fast and the problem stays fixed for a long time. Very thorough, very nice.
