Our poor Halo had some severe GI issues yesterday that warranted an emergency trip. Staff were incredibly friendly and very understanding of Halo puking in the waiting room multiple times. They mopped it up and never made it feel like an inconvenience. We were seen quickly and the vet who took care of us was fantastic. Younger gentleman (I'll need to edit this with his name). I was very concerned with price as previously for an emergency obstruction surgery elsewhere we felt taken advantage of. That was NOT THE CASE here. They only did what was necessary and the cost was very reasonable for emergency care at midnight. Honestly it shocked me how low it was. Halo came... read full review
I just wanted to first take the time to say thank you to any of those in this position and doing what you do, vet techs, vets, even reception. It's a very difficult job and the encounter I received was nothing but great. Took my little guy Apollo in for something wrong with his eye. I was greeted by a nice empathetic lady asking why he's there. After waiting around 20 minutes (with two other others ahead) we were called back. Almost minutes later we were taken care of and they took him back for vitals. The part that took the longest was waiting during this time.
