For some reason, I slept wrong and woke up several times a few weeks ago.
.i put up with the pain for weeks thinking it would get better on its own. It did not. I could not turn my head to the right without turning my whole upper body.
just started a new job, and it was affecting my ability to work.
I made an appointment with Dr, Short. Due to circumstances, I knew I might not make my appointment time. I texted saying I might be late. She moved my appointment back an hour for that day.

I’ve been to chiropractors before and never had a good outcome but when I couldn’t walk after slipping my l3 and l4 and after an MRI the doctors told me surgery was the only option I went to see Dr. Short. She truly is a miracle worker! After 3 visits in less than 2 weeks I was completely pain free and walking like nothing happened. She even kept in contact via text over the weekend to see how I was or if I needed to come in after hours. I recommend her to everyone who asks how my surgery went and they’re amazed that I didn’t need it.
Keystone Heights doesn’t have much, but it does have a chiropractor who is certified in the activator method. If you can’t physically handle the bending and twisting of a manual adjustment, there is still hope via this gentle yet effective method. Massages and Chiropractic care are as essential as diet and exercise. Be good to your body and let Dr Short’s healing hands help set you straight!
