I scheduled a day for an estimate and they came out on the day and exact time. Gave me a price for power washing of house, enclosed patio and driveway. The price was a little higher than the other estimate I received but they were very polite, courteous and I felt confident they would do a good job. Satisfied customer!

If you want someone that is honest, fair, hardworking, does a great job and is always on time then James Bennett is the man for you. James cleaned my roof and house and made it look brand new. The roof is tile and had discolored. After the cleaning it looked amazing. Same for the stucco house which looked like it had just been painted. James also replaced my screens on the porch and fixed the 2 doors. I've had a lot of work done around the house recently and James was the best contractor to work with.
