This message is in response to the negative review left by Mary P. on Yelp on May 31st, 2022. Mary, there several questions and concerns regarding your recent post. Working at the practice as well as being present during the exchange you had with another employee, makes your review all the more questionable. According to records, your earliest visit that remains in the system was with a different pet in 2014. So at the very least you have been using Jackson Veterinary Hospital for the past 8 years. They took great care of my cats and Dr Crabb was great; Charlie had to have 2 teeth pulled his teeth cleaned and when I got him home he acted like he hadn't been through surgery

Jackson Veterinary Hospital is fabulous. I have been taking my golden retriever, Sukha, there for years. Even thought I have moved further south, I still travel the distance as Dr. Crabb is fabulous. I wouldn't think of changing vets! The staff is responsive and the follow up is excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic. I have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and spending a great deal of time with Sukha and her "people" owners! Thanks to the clinic for excellent care!
