Bailey was in excellent hands with Dr. Thompson and her staff. They were so understanding and compassionate towards Bailey's anxiety.. It's comforting to know that such caring professionals are there to help our furry friends. Dr. Thompson developed a treatment plan based on my dog's needs. Their fees were absolutely affordable, and they even give you samples of medications ( if they have any ) to help you with the costs. It is obvious that they love animals and they're there to help them get better....I'll definitely drive 40 minutes to their clinic from now on every time my furry babies need help. They're worth it!
I was not an established patient, and they fit us in first thing as a walk-in. Everyone was super friendly and understanding and cared for my pet, he was so happy immediately after treatment! They are our new vet. :)
I was very impressed by everyone at Jackson Veterinary Hospital! I was hesitant to try a vet at a large practice (I was used to places with just one doctor), but I'm glad I gave them a try! Dr. Glidewell was amazing. He was so kind and gentle with my 4 month old puppy! And also was really sweet to the toddler I had in tow. The entire staff was very welcoming and by the end my puppy went from being nervous to bouncing around having a good time! I felt like the exam was thorough and my dog received excellent care, but also realistic and down to earth with a care plan that suits our family.
