I frankly don't understand the less than stellar reviews. Dr. Bennett was awesome. He explained everything as he was about to do it, and asked me how I was feeling throughout the procedure. He saved a tooth that I thought was a goner, for sure. Courtney, his assistant was also incredible. She spent a great deal of time on me and was meticulous in getting my temporary placed just right. I also saw Dr. Yeung for a tooth extraction (same visit). He was very patient, informative, and painless!! The deadening shots I got from both Docs were barely noticeable. I was there for the tooth extraction, but Dr. Bennett had some time afterwards and agreed to go ahead and knock it out since I was partially deadened by the end of the extraction. I said, "Let's do it!" ... since I was already there. I'm very happy with these dentists and have no issues returning for future needs. They both were exceptional! Thank you Dr. Bennett, Dr. Yeung, and Courtney.
Brought my son in as a new patient at 745 for an 8am appointment. We didn't get taken back til 820am. They did X-rays (10min) and then we waited for the doctor maybe 10-15min. She came and looked at his mouth 5min. The. Said he needed crowns- he had root canals at our prior dentist and they said we could hold off on the crowns; this place made me feel like some monster for not doing it and that it needed to be done now. Then we sit in the. Hair for 20min and I asked the tech when they will clean his teeth. She said she is finishing he treatment plan for the crowns and then we will go back to the waiting room for the cleaning- WTF? We sit in the waiting room another 20min then they half ass clean his teeth. We go to check out and they say they can set us up on a pay plan and schedule the impressions right now- almost $3000 and then they get him in for the impressions with in 5min. New patient appt cast me $3000 and almost 2hrs. Flash forward a week I take in my little princess- 7 yo, has not ever had a cavity and had a check in March now it's October. We check in for literally the first appt of the day at 730 dot get back to 755.., they half ass clean her teeth, we wait 15-20min for the doc, he looks in her mouth less than two minutes and said she has a cavity schedule her for a filling. Another 300$. Now my son was 14 so I ask if my little can get a goody bag- nope they don't so that. Wait times ridiculous (especially for scheduled appointments) bad side manner awful, not catered toward ped's (and this is one of the only locations that treat pediatric patients, and I feel like I'm being scammed so definitely getting a second opinion. Lots of good and bad reviews so just be careful
I had 2 root canals done. Dentist failed to make sure I was numb before procedure, and also burned my lip with torch during process. I felt EVERYTHING. Once I went to fill pain meds at 3 different RX, they all advised me that they will not accept a completely handwritten C2 prescription and all authorized physicians should know this. Called emergency after hours line 3x for assistance to get prescription electronically sent, no call back. Called the next morning, was told they can't send anything to RX electronically and I'd have to drive back in pain to get a corrected prescription, with an attitude from the receptionist. By far the WORST dental experience I've had in my life. I would NOT recommend. These people have no care for patient care or after care.
