We were very pleased with the service and quality we received. The selection is good and the prices are hard to beat. The only caveat is that installation is done by a third-party which is selected by the store. Ours was thankfully done wonderfully, but I could see how this might not always work out.
Recently bought flooring for 4 spec homes. Guys did a great job. Had the product in less than a week, stored it for me till I was ready, and even helped arrange a crew to deliver and load it in the Homes.
We have used floor factory outlet for all of our 4 bedrooms and will use them again for any and all house upgrades we need! Jade was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the floor I wanted after having looked at many stores. His was the best price and Easy installation process.
