On our way out of state our Mercedes finally broke down off of the I-95 ramp. It wasn’t a surprise I guess with 188k miles. Joe and his team immediately responded to our phone call for help. Not only did they provide an immediate tow, gave us the best service I’ve experienced since the glory days of customer service from back in the day. First rate. First class service. Our two options were replace the engine or get a new used car. Joe found us a used engine when everyone else only offered a brand new one. He found an engine with only 66k miles.
