Joe and his team are nothing short of incredible. I experienced a major problem bright and early in the morning and Joe was able to come to my aid in the rain with his tow truck to tow my car to his shop. Given what was wrong with my belt and some coolant hoses I figured I would have been at the shop all day long but before 11:30 Joe was able allocate all the parts required for the fix, get the job done and get my car moving like never before. He was extremely reasonable in the price department and the quality of his work and communication was nothing short of exemplary.
