Had a great experience in the Service Department. My key fob on my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan suddenly stopped working one day after school. I didn't even know what to do or how to even get the car started. I called for help and Ashley put me in touch with Rodney who was very helpful over the phone. I went in person and he quoted me on a replacement, and we made arrangements to get it done the following week. The service was excellent, quick & efficient. Where do I begin!very long story short, after bringing my Jeep to Flagler Jeep due to a recall 3 years ago and them checking the issue, telling me my Jeep wasn't affected and closing out the recall, I brought it to Atlantic when it failed and died on me. With their old staff unfortunately I kept getting the run around and no satisfaction. I decided in Oct. of this year that I had had enough, contacted and CC'd by email several agencies; attorney general's office etc etc and also Anthony Danninger, General Manager of Atlantic Jeep.
