Snyder's Scheduling was Quick & Painless. The Tech Showed Up in the given Time and called when 20 minutes to our House. He was Polite, Thourough and Knowledgeable. My only Hearturn was the cost. Being Charged $498.00 for a $25.00 Capacitor when I Diagnosed the Problem when I Scheduled. The $99.00 Service Call Fee should have been Applied to the Work Performed. I have No Problem Paying but this Cost seemed a Bit Excessive.
Called ahead and came early in the appointment time frame so we didn't have to wait around for 4 hours. Was professional, personable,knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail.
5 stars for my technician (Curtis). Extremely thankful he was assigned to my project. He listened and understood my project requirements and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely request him for future projects.
