America's Best exceeded my expectations for customer service today. I went in expecting to purchase new replacement frames and America's Best took their time and care to use their expertise to diligently endeavor to repair my current frames. I was truly amazed. They remedied my frames that I'd purchased there some time ago. A less honorable or caring Company could have easily sold me a replacement set of costly frames. With the holidays coming soon, this could not have happened at better timing for me and my family. There was No Charge and my glasses are "back to better". The staff at America’s Best were friendly, professional, and genuinely excited with me that I was getting my first set of Pair Eyewear glasses. I got the clear Casper base frame, and two sunglasses toppers from them. ? I have been getting more toppers to match my outfits—it’s so much fun!
Quick and easy to set appt up; was able to call and reschedule for a bit of a later time, due to small mishap on my way there, with no problems, the lady who helped me with diagnostic exams was great and compassionate, Dr. Xin was fantastic and I felt heard and understood, and Ms. Linda who helped me with picking out glasses/payments was very kind and professional. Glad to be a part of the eyecare club =)
