Originally had a great experience having new duct work installed after an assessment that indicated the increased humidity in my 2nd story was due to faulty duct work. 30 days later, $4,000 less, and I have zero change in my original problem. The two times I’ve called to get a hand with the situation have been met with nothing, and with the option of an emergency tech being sent out on my dime.
I had a scheduled routine maintenance call on Thursday for my A/C unit.
The service man’s name was MICHAEL, he was very polite and explained everything he was doing. He logged and took pictures of potential issues that might arise.
Of all service men or women that I have had in my house, he is by far the best I have had. The next day I had a follow up call from KARA who was also very polite and explained to me the issues and what to look for. I’m impressed with this company All American Air.

Super kudos to Christine and the gang at Steve Chapman's All American Air! 90 degrees outside, 108 degrees with the humidity. Fixed the broken A/C motor as fast as possible. Truly appreciated!
