Exceptional experience with ************ performing our pre-drywall and final inspections. Communication was always prompt and courteous and his work is thorough and meticulous. He always gave us dates of when he would perform the inspections and told us when he would have the inspection documents with pictures ready for us. He also followed up with us regarding any of his findings so that we could better understand them and work with our builder regarding fixing them.Even after the inspections were done, he reached out to us to make sure that we didn't have any further questions and gave us recommendations on how to follow up with our builder regarding rectifying... read full review
So I was recommended to 7 Stars Home Inspection from a friend. When ****** first arrived to our home he asked several questions establishing that we are first time house owners. He explained the process and what areas he would be inspecting. After several hrs he gave us a run down and supplied me with several areas of concern ( attic insulation, exposed nails on the roof, and breaker box issues) ect. He also explained how each matter can be resolved and shortly after he supplied a detailed list including pictures of all the areas.
