When I first started training, after our first fitness test, I was told I was in good shape for my age. After 2 years of training with Rob, I have improved my stamina and my lower back problems have improved. I also went from around 75% fitness level for my age to an amazing 100%. Wow. “I love belonging to Body fitness! I have been a member for 4 years and have really enjoyed the personal training. My trainer is Jeff, he has helped me get fit mentally and physically. I had my left and right shoulders totally replaced. When I was cleared to work out again, Jeff tailored my workout to accommodate my range of motion. Thank you Donna, John, Jeff for all your help you 3 are very caring and accommodating and have become friends of mine.
