About Touche Nail Spa

Touche Nail Spa is a popular nail salon that has been serving customers for over four years. The salon is conveniently located in a plaza with various other businesses, and it offers a range of services, including manicures, pedicures, and waxing. While the salon is generally clean and orderly, with disposable tools and safety procedures in place, some customers have reported inconsistent service quality. Some technicians are praised for their dedication and skill, while others have been criticized for carelessness, such as burning a customer's skin during a waxing service or dripping wax on a customer's clothing. Prices at Touche Nail Spa are considered by some to be a bit on the higher side, and the salon charges an additional fee for credit card payments. Despite these issues, the salon remains a convenient option for many customers, with some returning for years due to the location and the quality of work from certain technicians.

I came in to get a fill on a Sunday, there were no appointments walk in only but it wasn’t any issue. I didn’t wait that long. Abby did my nails and she did a magnificent job. My nails are so beautiful. I think this is the best job that I’ve ever had……. Ever she even out my acrylic and did my French in gel. I will definitely be going back to see my girl Abby.

    Pictures added almost every visit!

So busy. Have been going here for four+ years. Not quite as good as it was. Extra charge to use a credit card. Some others charge less.. a few charge more. Convenient parking. Pretty much clean and orderly. In same plaza as Publix, Suntrust, Pizza, Chinese, Dental, Wendy,'s, 7-11, Beef O, etc.

Cleanliness: Pretty clean, tools are clean or disposable. Safety procedures in place.

I have been a costumer for over two years and I love the place because is convenient for me. Some ladies work with more dedication than others, but, I can say that I feel afraid when I request to do waxing on my chin and upper lips. Yesterday, May 30/24 I requested that services and one of the Tech staff burned me with the wax to such an extent that I woke up red and burned my skin.
I paid $94 dollars in total for a basic manicure and pedicure plus the burn they gave me with the wax.
The previous time they dripped the wax on my blouse that I had to throw away even though it was new.
Do you think that this is correct? Do you thing that is fair?
Why go and complain...read full review
