There should be a 10 star option. <>< COMPUTER BUTLER dudes checked all the boxes! Garrett figured out my issues, listened to my business needs and had me on my way quickly. Richard helped get my equip. out of my car and got me all set up for Garrett to CORRECTLY set up my desktop. My brand new Best Buy desktop was NOToperable after Geek Squad had it for 5 days, I was frazzled....Relieved, I found the shop to be accommodating & efficient with good pricing. I have a high end gaming PC that costs more than my car and I am glad I trusted The Computer Butler with it. I had a complicated issue with my PC to diagnose but the guys at The Computer Butler put the time in to get it running again. They worked late and even went in to work on my PC on days the shop was closed. I was thankful to get calls from them with updates about my PC with what they tried to do and what they thought the problem was; I was anxious and I really appreciated that. In the end, they got it running and they charged me a very fair price considering the amount of hours they spent on my PC. 10/10 I would recommend The Computer Butler to anyone in the area.
