Tampa Bay Roofing Services replaced my roof and they did an excellent job. You can tell when a company takes pride in their work because it reflects from every interaction. From day 1 of contacting the owner Chris, I could tell I was in good hands. He came out and gave me a quote and a promise, that his company does it the right way and his team delivered. The whole team Jeff the Main Field Supervisor, Ezequiel the Main Foreman, and Trish the Office Manager were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tampa Bay Roofing has gone above and beyond to support and serve our community. I was introduced to Chris last year, 2023, when my assistant principal told me to come up with the name of 10 students who couldn’t pay for their field trip, he had a donor who wanted to pay for their trip. Fast forward to this year, 2024. My girls both show hogs at the Pasco County Fair. When we went to deliver the letters, he wasn’t home, but called me to talk to the girls about their project. We were able to meet him and he bought not just my daughter’s hog, but others too. I was recommended by a friend who had her roof replaced in early 2023. Tampa Bay Roofing Services is a family owned business; they are personable, professional and knowledgeable. *****, president of TBRS, came out to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. He put my mind at ease with expertise, since I was having issues with my insurance carrier honoring my claim. The office ************************, was very helpful throughout the process , especially in scheduling to get my roof replaced as quickly as possible.
