Seacoast installed all new windows in my home in November 2014. They did a great job - very professional, and the quality of the windows are great.Now it is November 2021 and we had a problem with one of our bedroom windows. Terry, the owner, came out to see what the problem was and determined one of the balancers was broken. Instead of referring it to the window manufacturer (as it was their problem), he very nicely came back a few days later with some spare parts and spent an hour fixing it himself, because he said it would take a long time for the manufacturer to come out to fix it.That is the kind of service you can expect from Terry and his sons if you hire them... read full review
