We closed on our Palmwood home 3 weeks ago. From start to finish, we were impressed with the entire process and the people that helped along the way. Stephanie welcomed us into the sales office and was knowledgeable and always receptive. She pointed us to Mary who was amazing with all things financing. Ann was fantastic with keeping us updated throughout the building process and Wes has gone above and beyond at making sure all of the details have been taken care of, even after closing. Palmwood built our custom home.
Every step of the way, every person I worked with, every sub contractor that showed up on site was polite, professional, took pride in their work and expressed military level attention to detail.
I couldn’t be any happier with the work they did. They built a solid home that would survive a category 50 hurricane, an EF60 tornado or a massive Florida earthquake !
Cleanliness is very important to me - every sub contractor cleaned up after themselves every day.

My wife and I contracted with Palmwood to have them build our home in mid-2022, at a time that might have been the worst time to do so. COVID was raging, the supply chain was challenging, and workers were hard to find. I'm happy to say though that Palmwood came thru for us! We broke ground in Feb 2023 and we were able to move into our new home in January 2024. Through all the challenges and delays, Palmwood built us a beautiful home in less than one-year!! Quite a remarkable feat!!! We've moved in, we're happy, and all is well. Thank you Palmwood!!!
