Well overall my experience was very interesting to begin, I spoke with a much older gentleman who was a nice guy who sounded like someone who would take a understanding of other peoples expectations.I then received a call the day before my appointment to confirm which was nice. This time a different much younger lad spoke on the phone. Told me a price of 160 for headlight and hood buff and a Full Auto Detail. Upon arrival I showed him the main points of concern as far as scratches and swirls and such.excellent on the buffing, all in all, but when I asked for a full auto detailing.
