This review, comes after the billing period, which they could not seem to explain, the inflated costs of a single, short "15 minute" visit. Almost $800 for that visit, a quick slice and of course the laboratory biopsy, which incurred 2 separate costs to me, when I inquired, all I could get was the person on the phone, rattling off billing codes and what Medicare and what little my secondary didn't cover. The office visit fees are exorbitant and they (the doctors) have to know what the patient will incur. All I got was, we won't know until, this or that. I cannot be the only one who has been ripped off by this place! Poor billing and lack of transparency on services they complete, needs major help here. The end result is emails, mail billing with poor explanations from billing codes and inflating and overcharging on initial visit, and all this wait and see type of results from insurances. They know exactly what they're doing here! PATIENT BEWARE, inquire first before the knife comes out, or you're screwed!

It seems that everyone in this office, or at least everyone I have dealt with has an attitude, even with rescheduling an appointment. I'll be glad when my husband's treatment is complete so I won't have to deal with them anymore.

I arrived for my appointment on time, but since no one was attending the front desk, I signed in and sat in the corner to social distance from the other patients. I ended up waiting 20+ minutes because they forgot about me. The time delay wasn't an issue; I'm a patient person. However, what was an issue was that the receptionist refused to believe that I arrived on time, refused to consider that she could have made a mistake, and had the audacity to say I was lying to my face. This was my first time here. I will not be returning for a follow up.
