Sensai does a great job with the kids and really instills self confidence in them. We've been going there for several years and would recommend the class to anyone who wants to learn self-defense and build confidence.

My 7 year old son Bailey has been attending Just For Kicks Karate for 4-5 months now. I am very pleased with this program. Bailey has been bullied and beat up by older children. I wanted him to be able to learn to defend himself and gain some confidence to avoid those types of situations. Find his inner warrior. It's still a work in progress but, He has shown a large improvement in confidence over the past few months. It's also a great way for him to be active. Bailey has yet to say he doesn't want to go to class. That says a lot for a child who would usually prefer to sit and play video games. He loves going to class.
