Dino took fantastic care of my mom’s water heater issue. She was prepared to have a new u it installed, but Dino was able to fix it, saving her hundreds of dollars. I appreciate that, as seniors in Florida get snookered all the time. Dino is honest and reliable. What I appreciate the most is how he made my mom feel - appreciated, cared for, valued. He took the time to talk to her and lighten her mood. And he left her with hot water!

They went above and beyond. I was in the midst of a family crisis when the plumbing emergency happened. They were fast, and thorough. The main thing for me was that they were empathetic and proactive. I would highly recommend them.
