Dave was awesome. Showed up on time and took care of my patio, walls and driveway. He took special care as to not damage my plants or lawn while he had a tough issue with my wall that is constantly stained from the sprinklers and my dogs jumping against the wall with muddy paws. He also did my moms house and she thought he was perfect compared to the last guy she used. He took special care around her orchids. He also took the time to wash out her accordian shutter tracks. I hadn't even thought of that. Now when I have to close them they will slide easier and not have leaves jammed in the tracks. I highly recommend him and like I will in the future have him schedule every few months so the walls are easier to clean. He is fairly priced and with his coming on a schedule more often I will actually save money.

Dave is the person you need to contact for roof cleaning. He responded my message right alway with a quote and an appointment for the job. His service was sharp and super profesional. I will call him every year for roof cleaning and also for patio and driveway pressure wash.

I guess my HOA is getting a tad sluggish my annual reminder was late this year but once again DAVE's PRESSURE CLEANING to my rescue! "Dependable Dave" once again came through for us this time he did the Roof Patio Driveway and Walkway and all for $ 375 which I consider reasonable specially as he worked through a S Florida Thunderstorm to boot! Fellow YELPERS I have no hesitation in HIGHLY RECOMMENDING DEPENDABLE DAVE's PRESSURE CLEANING anytime!
