A positive experience DJ the tech arrived on time he was very knowledgeable and friendly. My 16-year-old unit has leaked out all its freon we decided it would be in my best interest to replace the complete unit instead of repairing it, DJ offered free of charge to recharge the unit so we would have cold air until the new unit was installed the following Monday or the use of a lent window unit, I accepted the recharge. 8:30 am Monday my doorbell rang, looking through my window I saw the Craig W. Krueger company vehicle and a tech wearing co.ID. I invited him in. The two-man crew was friendly and knowledgeable and went to work non-stop until they completed the installation that day.
