Heather asked me several questions about my skin and waxing history and then using her extensive knowledge and experience she put all my answers together and gave me a custom experience that left me feeling confident about my body. During the session Heather explained everything she was doing and checked in with my comfort level. I did not get any bumps or peeling from the heat of the wax.
