Tony was kind and helpful, offering great communication and honest service. Customers have experienced wonderful, timely service, with technicians on time, courteous, thorough, and fixing split units, topping off coolant and checking for leaks. The A/C is working and fees are reasonable. Betco has provided AC/Heat maintenance, repairs, and new system installation. Tony, the GM, gave the best price for a new system, answered questions, and offered options. Betco does nice quality work and saved customers money.
