Steve and team are amazing! They definitely have our business after what they have done for us, Steve went above and beyond to point out and fix things our prior company missed or messed up. Very reasonably priced and most importantly very trustworthy. It goes a long way in this industry and Avalon has built that trust with us!

Of course, if your air conditioning is going to go out, it's going to go out in August. We called Avalon heating and air and Keith, the salesman came out same day and gave us an estimate which we accepted as it was lower than other estimates we had received. Two days later. Steve, the owner came out with a helper and in 5 hours had our new AC professionally installed.they were very courteous, on time and very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody and will give their name to anyone that needs services or a new unit like we did. You won't be sorry if you call this company.

After a storm our AC went out and being in Florida that is not a good thing! I immediately contacted Avalon Air and Heating as I’ve used them once before and was very happy with the service the first time. Steven the Owner never fails to come out promptly the same day and he was able to find the issue which for us it was the capacitor that was out. He replaced it and fixed it. We have an older Rheam AC that we know someday will need to be replaced but Steve is very honest and informs us of our options. I definitely highly recommend Avalon AC and Heating!!
