Without a doubt one of the BEST home inspectors in the business. Jay knows how to point out every item and especially how to explain to the customer it's degree of importance for concern. First time buyers are almost always surprised to see anything on a report. There is always something. Jay explains just how much the items he notates are to be dealt with and the level of importance they really are when deciding to move forward with the purchase of the home.
I have personally know Jay for 9 years, he is a man of integrity. Many clients have chose to use ACHI for their home inspections prior to purchase. We know we are getting fair and professional service when we know Jay is on the job. Jay does a great job and best of all he is a lot of fun.
This was my first experience using All Corners Home Inspection and Jay Sampson. I chose him based on the recommendation of another experienced Realtor and I was glad I asked. Jay was on time, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. We received the reports later that day. I plan to call on him again.
