Josh, Dr Diaz , Ms. Mohammed and the office staff are the best that they come, I wouldn't trade them for a million dollars. They are through,kind and caring and everything you look for in a Dr.

My husband and I have been extremely happy with the doctors and staff. They've been proactive and found a small mass that turned out to be stage one cancer in my husband. The referral process went smoothly and he's now cancer free.

I usually see Dr Josh instead of Dr.Diaz and I am happy with them. the office staff us very friendly, I never wIt more than 15 minutes and the referrals handles through the Access medical team are very easy to work with

Ivan Diaz, MD has been in practice in Hernando County since 2009. Dr. Diaz is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at L.P. Johnson Family Health Center/University of Illinois – College of Medicine at Rockford in Rockford, Illinois, where he was appointed Chief Resident in his last year of training. He later was appointed as Assistant Clinical Professor by the University of Illinois where he trained medical students and residents. He received his medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in his native Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Diaz has a particular interest in preventative medicine and patient education.
