CKO kickboxing in Pembroke Pines was an absolutely amazing experience! Great full body workout and the staff is super friendly and Pablo was awesome. I loved the free first class to experience the workout and the studio and I am definitely signing up!! If you love fitness and getting stress out this is perfect for you, I know it’s perfect for me!!
George was an amazing trainer. His music selection kept me wanting to dance, he was very patient with me since it was my first class and he kept me very motivated. I can’t wait for my next class with him.
If you're not a "fitness person" but want to start a healthy and sustainable lifestyle... this is a great place to start!! BTW the trainers Pablo and Emily always have a great plan each day for the class!! I love it.
