Avoid at all costs! The owner, Hans, never picks up his phone and rarely answers his texts. Trying to get this company to order to order new services was near impossible. I paid for weed control and they never sprayed for weeds. The last straw was when they did not show up for service, but claimed that they did. Apparently, this has been a problem with other reviewers. I questioned Hans on it, but he kept ignoring my texts. I canceled my service. Landscapers are a dime a dozen and dealing with this lame-duck of an owner is not worth it.
There was delay with service along with with no show and finally shows up and then asks for more money. Unprofessional.
After doing all we could to repair the poor quality sod they laid, and the repeated calls to the owner of the company who takes no pride or responsibility in his product or work, my entire lawn is dead. I am now left to take all the dead stolons and lay down more top soil and this time level It, since they didn't the first time, then lay down fresh sod myself. This is what I hoped to avoid by hiring "professionals" Avoid at all costs. $2,000 down the drain. Thanks for nothing.
